NOT GUILTY – MURDER
A St. Louis County man was acquitted of Murder and Armed Criminal Action charges stemming from a Webster Groves shooting. The man insisted the shooting was done in self defense but faced an up hill battle as the police and prosecutor chose the easy way out and just charged him with murder and let the jury sort it out. The jury sorted it out and found the man not guilty on both counts. It was a tough case and the jury did an excellent job listening to all of the evidence and rendering a fair and just verdict; NOT GUILTY.
Charles did my family a huge favorite helping my family through this difficult time.
